MEET THE HERO
Just imagine — Ukraine is home to 700 native bee species!
Among them, one stands out: the legendary CARPATHIAN HONEY BEE (Apis Mellifera Carpatica).
Highly productive and resilient to the harsh mountain climate, this remarkable bee is known for its exceptionally gentle nature. Ukrainian beekeepers often work with their hives without protective gear.

OUR HONEYS

Buckwheat
Rich and bold, this our specialty Buckwheat honey is Ukraine’s answer to Manuka. Its deep, malty flavour with hints of dark caramel and toffie makes it truly unique.

Sunflower
The most versatile honey with a naturally smooth texture. A light floral sweetness with a delicate hint of marshmallow makes Sunflower honey a perfect all-rounder.

Wild Linden
Ukrainians consider this the most delicious honey! With its rich floral aroma and soothing properties, Linden honey has been part of folk medicine for centuries.

Wildflower
Made from nectar of 100+ flowers, this Wildflower honey offers unmatched complexity. It’s the wine blend of honeys, with every jar delivering a slightly different floral note.

Mountain
A rare Carpathian treasure, collected from pristine alpine meadows. Mountain honey has a deep, layered flavour that carries the essence of Ukraine’s highlands.

Blossom
Harvested from blooming Ukrainian orchards and spring meadows, this Blossom honey captures the vibrant sweetness and delicate aroma of early spring flowers.
